Summary:
This role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations for a global company that supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services for the semiconductor industry by handling materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely movement of goods. The position requires performing material transactions, inspections, crating, and shipment preparation while following strict safety and clean-room protocols. It also involves operating various material-handling equipment and collaborating with teams to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
Review customer orders and examine, stock, and distribute merchandise, products, and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas, identifying and labeling materials and recording their locations to maintain inventory.
Complete material transactions in SAP, create non-conformance reports in IQMS, close tasks in the MFG-based Cell Fusion application, and perform and report cycle counts.
Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, and loading materials; oversee crating, audit outbound material, and arrange nonstandard crating, rigging, or trucking through proper channels.
Qualifications
Experience in operating material-handling equipment and MHE training-forklift preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Strong skills in organization, scheduling, analyzing information, dealing with complexity, time management, process improvement, safety management, and inventory control.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, follow safety protocols, adhere to PPE and clean-room procedures, and respond quickly to unsafe practices.

About the Role:

What to Expect:
The General Laborer position involves performing a variety of tasks in all aspects of the plant's functions and assisting the plant manager with other duties such as:
Derimmer: You will operate a gas-powered machine to safely remove rims from tires
Route Helper: You will ride with a professional CDL driver and assist them with curbside collection
Processor: You will work with a team to hand unload tires from incoming trailers onto a conveyor belt for processing
Tire Grade: You will work with the grade team to inspect tires for defects and hand load customer trailers

This position also acts as a Driver and is responsible for loading trucks and making safe, friendly and timely deliveries to customers. Responsibilities: Duties Material Handler: Locates material and pulls orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill orders; Responsible for unloading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) and putting away product accurately to designated areas within the warehouse; Checks in any incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order; Meets or exceeds established goals for order pulling accuracy and inventory accuracy; Performs any necessary activities to get products ready for staging such as accurate labeling and wrapping ; Preps and assembles products as needed for custom non stock orders; Ability to operate equipment and machinery related to position such as a forklift; Assists with maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, and complies with all company safety procedures; Continues any relevant RF training or operations training as assigned by the Company. Skills: Technical Qualifications/Experience
* A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred;
* Experience with RF devices is a plus;
* Experience with forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification;
* Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up truck to 2- ton/5-speed flatbed diesel truck;
* Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler/Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting manufacturing areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling & Warehouse Operations
Review customer orders and manage the stocking, examination, and distribution of materials in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
Move materials between loading docks, trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
Identify, label, and record material locations to maintain accurate inventory.
Complete material transactions in SAP, generate non-conformance reports in IQMS, and close tasks in MFG-based Cell Fusion applications.
Perform and report cycle counts.
Oversee crating operations and audit outbound materials.
Operate forklifts, trucks, cranes, and other material-moving equipment as required.
Coordinate nonstandard crating, rigging, or trucking needs through appropriate channels.
Prepare finished products for shipment by locating, picking, packing, and loading materials.
Safety & Compliance
Complete all required safety training.
Follow safe work practices, including lifting limits (max 35 lbs), using ergonomic supports, and taking necessary stretch breaks.
Adhere to all personal and product safety guidelines, including PPE usage, clean-room procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO & ZEST).
Use fixtures such as hoists, cranes, and lifting tools to support safe assembly and movement of materials.
Perform Risk Management by Walking Around (RMBWA), documenting and escalating hazards as required.
Respond promptly to unsafe practices and escalate concerns to safety representatives or management as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience operating material-handling equipment (MHE).
Forklift training or certification preferred.
