Job Summary:
As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for continuously replenishing empty bin locations with available stock. You will also be responsible to put away all inbound received product in the proper bin locations to ensure product is stocked and ready to be picked.
Key Responsibilities:
Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines
Cut the shrink wrap from pallets after they are placed in the proper bin location
Wrap pallets to ensure stability, check pallet conditions, and stack safely for transport to storage
Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock, and facility areas
Maintain all food safety, housekeeping, and other applicable standards
Replenish empty pick bins
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. College coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience is a plus
Warehouse experience preferred
Reach truck experience required
Must be able to pass operational fork truck test with 80% or better
Handle and prioritize requests from multiple sources
Basic math skills to ensure proper height and counts per pallet and identify or verify pallet ID numbers
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work at elevated heights while wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the job (such as fall protection harnesses)
Ability to take directions using the headset selection system (such as VoCollect)
Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the member to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Environmental Job Conditions:
Independently lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally

Job Summary
We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the role of Loader/Unloader for a 3rd shift openings. The responsibilities of this position will involve loading and unloading various blades, vanes, and other OEM parts into and out of furnaces in the Low-Temperature Furnace Department. Additionally, the duties will include smutting, water-washing parts, and backing up the furnace operator on setting and monitoring furnace controls All training necessary to successfully perform these jobs will be provided in-house by Howmet.
Job Responsibilities
Review work instructions, stored electronically and written in English, for each job assignment to ensure compliance with product requirements.
Load parts in an orderly manner ensuring walls of containers are clear, and that parts are submerged properly into powder and placed so they do not touch one another.
Inspect parts to ensure they are properly masked and are uniform before submitting to the process.
Depending upon the process, workers may be required to remove masking solids from parts after the process is completed. This process is called “Smutting” and involves the employee working at a manual blast cabinet to place each part into the cabinet and rotate while a fine grit is used to blast off the remaining masking material.
Prepare and complete paperwork covering areas of responsibility (Loading Diagrams), ensure sample/test piece is properly placed within containers, and verify accuracy of documentation submitted (check the part number, quantity, and order number against material received).
Move filled boats to properly sized shoe box using designated rolling tables and lift devices. Attach thermocouples to each level as needed.
As processes are completed, the operator will remove and inspect parts and place them back into the cartons they were originally received.
Fill out all related paperwork, i.e., routers and/or internal records following PMS and Activity Instructions.
Properly enter Cycle Ramp Rates, Soak Times, and Cycle Times per Process Sheets. Monitor temperature level until the proper temperature is reached. Fully understand all operations of furnaces to ensure minimal deviation from the process and correct process is run.
As work is completed, complete all related paperwork i.e., routers, daily log sheets, etc., following standard operating procedures.
Ability to use proper and safe containerization methods for all hazardous waste.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Adhere to all company safety rules and practices and wear protective equipment as directed.
Perform other job duties as needed or directed by management.

What You Will Do
Loaders and Unloaders handle freight up to 75lbs. continuously during a specified shift
Responsible for physically loading and unloading and/ or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing in a safe and efficient manner

Job Summary
Performs a variety of work duties involved in heat treat and coating operations of blades, vanes and OEM parts received from customers.
Performs routine maintenance to retorts and retort plugs as needed or instructed, i.e. obtains new and replaces thermocouples on a timely basis.
Obtains instructions for particular process to be completed from internal routers and Process Method Sheets (PMS) and Activity Sheets (A.I.s).
Job Responsibilities
Following instructions provided obtains and prepares various types of source materials (rocks and/or powders) into pans along with activators to achieve desired results.
Load parts in an orderly manner ensuring walls of containers are clear, that parts are submerged properly into powder and placed so they do not touch one another.
Inspect parts to ensure they are properly masked and are uniform prior to submitting to process.
Depending upon process, workers may be required to remove masking solids from parts after process is completed.
Prepare complete paperwork covering areas of responsibility (Loading Diagrams), ensure sample/test piece is properly placed within containers, and verifies accuracy of documentation submitted (checks part number, quantity and order number against material received).
Move filled boats/chambers to properly sized lift post for the job at hand and attach thermocouples to each level as needed.
Operator puts up argon purger and checks gauges on retort in accordance with coating or heat-treat procedures before releasing load.
Move retort covers using overhead crane. Lift and move cover into proper position onto lift post, secure pin to lock the load by means of climbing a ladder, and bolts down top of retort using hand tools prior to each process. Reverse work activities when process are complete.
Periodically changes setup of lift posts in accordance with departmental schedules.
As processes are completed, operator will remove and inspect parts and place them back into cartons they were originally received.
Move cartons into designated location for pickup. (Move to next location.)
Fill out all related paperwork, i.e., routers and/or internal records following PMS and A.I. Instructions.
Keep work area clean according to 6'S standards.
Adhere to all company safety rules and practices and wears protective equipment as directed.
Perform other job duties as needed or directed by management.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for accurate counting; slip sheeting, and packaging of completed jobs. Capable of constructing crates from available materials. Responsible for producing packing lists and operating various pieces of equipment. Packages finished printed materials manually or with equipment assistance maintaining customer specifications and carrier limitations by performing the following duties personally. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •To maintain positive work relations with others and to create and
maintain a team environment;
• Obtains and sorts printed product.
• Verifies quantity to be packed from customer order.
• Operates and maintains packaging equipment necessary to pack
merchandise.
• Wraps protective material around product.
• assembly of goods and preparation of same for shipping;
Includes applying tapes (various), applying easels, rolling banners,
gathering of signage, cutting of wind-slots, use of glue guns, paper
drill, and various other duties.
• cutting of stock with guillotine (if trained for use) or manually with
multi-purpose knives;
• grommetting of banners, signs, etc…
• Pulling of stock, trimming of stock, folding of printed stock, etc…
• constantly watching the quality of the printed goods being prepared
for shipment;
• ensuring that the correct items and quantities are being inserted into
the packages for shipment;
• Weighs cartons and skids, labels containers and skids, and delivers
finished goods to shipping department.
• Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of
packaging process.
• Records information such as weight, time, date packaged, and carrier.
• Assembles shipping crates if necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Any and all other duties that may be required. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three
years-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
