The Filler Operator is an important part of our production floor. The Operator runs and maintains fillers in a continuous flow vat to process milk, cream, and other dairy products, following specific methods and formulas. As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for the quality, food safety, and product specifications. Responsibilities: Clean, set up, operate, and monitor filler equipment. Complete all required quality checks and documentation. Collect the required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing. Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of the product. Make adjustments to filler timing and filling; check vat as needed. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
