POSITION OVERVIEW
The Stockroom Driver is responsible for the timely delivery of various items of varying size and weight between various customer locations. · Local drivers must check in with dispatch and obtain instructions for the day.
· Timely pick-up, loading, securing and unloading of scheduled and unscheduled freight aboard assigned vehicle. Must unload at customer site. Off-site driver's pick-up and deliver at various Metroplex vendors and customer locations.
· Piece count and/or otherwise verify loads, properly handle manifests and be responsible for maintaining and prompt submission of related paperwork.
· Drivers are required to inspect before on-boarding all freight, note any damage and make necessary notifications and properly secure all freight for transit.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Kitting Associate Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing process by ensuring kits are accurately assembled and that production schedules are followed. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Kitting Associate Production Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include:
Production Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to follow and execute daily and weekly kitting schedules.
Prioritize kitting tasks based on production deadlines and assembly line needs.
Proactively communicate any potential scheduling conflicts, material delays, or production bottlenecks to the team.
Accurate Kitting and Inventory Control:
Precisely assemble kits by accurately reading and interpreting work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and part lists.
Utilize the company's inventory management system to locate and pull components for each kit.
Conduct rigorous pre-kitting quality checks on all components, verifying part numbers, quantities, and item condition.
Perform routine cycle counts of kitting components to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Report and assist in resolving any material shortages, damaged parts, or inventory discrepancies.
Warehouse Operations and Safety:
Securely pack and label all completed kits with accurate information for easy retrieval by assembly teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitting area, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, and material handling, as needed.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ability to read and follow complex written work instructions and work independently.
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems or Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, kitting, or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management principles.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
Occasional walking or standing within the manufacturing plant to observe processes or address issues.

What You'll Do
Prepare boxes of different sizes for the day's workload.
Inspect products for quality, checking for color or alignment issues.
Count and confirm that each order has the correct quantity.
Seal boxes properly and move them to the shipping area.
Keep work areas safe, organized, and in good working order.
Work overtime as needed based on production demand.
Be a team player, rotating across stations, supporting coworkers, and learning new skills.
