Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Handler role involves being responsible for movement of materials to prepare for operation, inventory transactions, improving inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving of product, and filling in at different positions when needed.
What a typical day looks like:
Physical preparation of all shipments.
Receive material and store it correctly using implemented procedures.
Keep accurate filling of receipt and shipping documentation with correct lot trace ability tags.
Keep and maintain tracking of shipping containers.
Operate a forklift truck.
Follow all EHS policies and procedures.
Perform accurate month end inventories and understand part flow in plant and where to stock it.
Responsible for loading all production material for the assigned production lines.

Primary Duties:
The driver must abide by all State and Federal laws associated with operating a company vehicle, including but not limited to knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations and Utah Administrative rules for motor carriers.
Follow all general OSHA Safety Guidelines for warehouses.
Drive a designated route as assigned by leadership.
Physically and electronically move finished goods and raw material with warehouse equipment to designated locations.
Monitor vehicle maintenance including pre-trip inspection.
Check deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards.
Receive, quantify, and store incoming material with warehouse equipment from various delivery sources.
Document data from logistics KPOs.
Perform related transactions, bin maintenance, and maintain shelving for the stocking of material.
Perform real time daily replenishment of material in a “Just in Time” manner to support internal customers.
Process all deliveries to ensure material transactions occur for all departmental activities.
Perform high level of accuracy with logging, labeling, tracking, transporting, and entering material lot information into Warehouse Management software.
Aid in the identification and movement of non-conforming material.

What You'll Do:
Provide in -person support to residents having package questions/issues
Log recently -delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
Deliver packages to resident doors or in -unit
Organize packages within our rooms, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
Identify aging/stale packages in the system and prepare them to be returned to sender
Serve as a primary liaison between the property, carriers, residents and the package management provider support team
Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system
