What you'll be doing:
Unload soiled products from trucks
Separate products by type
Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process
Handle reductions and/or modifications to the customer's account (either adding or removing product)
Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
Qualifications What we're looking for:
High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40lbs.

Join QISG as a Materials Handler and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll manage, move, and inspect materials in the laydown yard, operate heavy and light equipment, and support construction crews on-site-all while keeping safety and quality top of mind.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
Load, unload, stage, and issue materials like steel poles, wire reels, anchor bolts, cages, and other transmission line components.
Operate forklifts, Lulls (telescopic lifts), skid-steers, and wheel loaders safely and efficiently.
Perform rigging, cribbing, and spotting duties to support equipment operators.
Conduct inventory audits, rotate yard stock, and keep materials organized and ready for crews.
Inspect stock for wear, maintain quality standards, and ensure all materials meet engineering specifications.
Keep the yard and work areas safe, clean, and organized.
Assist with snow removal and other tasks as needed.
Follow QISG policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
What You'll Bring
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of heavy equipment experience in materials handling or construction
Forklift and Lull (telescopic lift) certification-or ability to get certified quickly.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform hands-on, physical tasks safely.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of safety best practices in construction.
Flexibility to work irregular schedules and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.
High school diploma or equivalent.
