Assists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety,
Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost)
Maintain accurate, counts and records of daily transactions of materials,
Works-In-Progress, and finished goods through assigned areas, whether manually
or electronically.
Accurately package, label, and weigh items to be shipped ensuring all goods
are in acceptable condition
Will work with all tools, gauges, hoisting, weighing equipment, and
automated equipment necessary to complete tasks
Strict time management with self and other team members to support a
productive work environment. Includes gathering hourly shipment stats & quick
corrective actions to help team members reach their goals

Position Overview
Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transfer of materials for the shipping operation ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in all shipping activities. Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Efficiently and accurately put away received items in designated storage locations.
Load and unload deliveries of boxes, ice pallets and other ancillary warehouse and pack out supplies.
Ensure packing line is supplied with sufficient hard materials to ensure constant workflow.

The Details:

For this position, the expected base pay is: $18.50 - $25.00 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
