Job Summary:
The Truck Unloader moves route vehicles to the loading dock, unloads soiled linen, moves vehicle back, hangs bags of soiled linen onto rail/conveyor system, sorts linens into different bins and transfers them to other departments or areas of facility. Performs other tasks as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or data center logistics
• Technical aptitude with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory systems
• Forklift certification or hands-on experience with material handling equipment required
• Ability to lift 50-100+ lbs and stand for extended 10-hour shifts
• Strong attendance record, work ethic, and effective communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay
$19.50 Per Hour (with $1.00 raise after permanent hire)
Schedule
Weekday Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts required as needed

The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement, storage, and staging of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods in a food manufacturing environment. This position supports production by ensuring materials are available as needed while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant
workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, ingredients, and packaging components using forklifts,
pallet jacks, or by hand.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials in a timely manner to prevent downtime.
• Ensure all materials are correctly labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO) to maintain product quality and
food safety compliance.
• Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of quantities, item
descriptions, and lot numbers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S/6S standards, and food safety procedures at all times.
• Keep all work areas clean and organized, performing routine housekeeping tasks and disposing of waste
properly.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure material traceability and compliance.
• Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and complete equipment checklists when required.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and material labels in English.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in cold, hot, humid, or dusty environments based on product zones.
• Must be able to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training/certification provided if necessary).
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced production and warehouse areas.
• Exposure to food ingredients, allergens, and sanitation chemicals.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
