Key Responsibilities
Handle and prepare ponies and horses for rides and lessons.
Lead pony rides safely and professionally for children and families.
Assist with feeding, grooming, and basic horse care as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barn and riding areas.
Follow all safety procedures and animal-handling protocols.
(If experienced) Assist with or instruct basic riding lessons under supervision.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the ranch positively.
Qualifications
Prior horse-handling experience required.
Experience working with children or in a public farm environment preferred.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working around large animals.
Riding instruction experience is a plus but not required.
