Key Responsibilities: * Carefully inspect lumber and materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies * Pull lumber orders accurately based on load lists or customer requirements * Pick materials for production or shipment * Safely and efficiently put away materials in designated yard or warehouse locations * Package and secure materials for shipment or customer pickup * Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment (if certified) * Assist with loading and unloading trucks * Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times * Follow all safety procedures and company policies Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in a warehouse or yard handling lumber or building materials * Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with heavy and oversized materials * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Working Conditions: * Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a lumber yard environment * Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift * Exposure to varying weather conditions Starting Pay Rate - $22/Hr.
