What You'll Do:
Safely operate forklifts to move wood bundles across departments (Receiving, Shipping, Kiln, Treating, Stacker)
Load and unload trucks, kilns, and tram cars based on assignment
Stage, stack, and store materials to support efficient production flow
Follow all safety and environmental procedures, reporting any issues
Complete daily forklift inspections and attend required safety trainings
Float between departments as needed to support overall operations
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid forklift certification
Previous industrial forklift or material handling experience in an industrial setting
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
Team player mindset with flexibility to shift between departments
Physical ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain), lift/carry 50 lbs or more, perform physically demanding tasks, and work comfortably at heights up to 100 feet.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
