This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in the Phoenix -Scottsdale area. The service rep will visit their assigned property 3 days a week, and perform various duties. This role has the potential to grow and add more hours as locations come onboard.
What You'll Do:
Provide in -person support to residents having package questions/issues
Log recently -delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
Deliver packages to resident doors or in -unit
Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
Serve as a primary liaison between property staff, couriers, and the Luxer One support team.
Perform lightweight maintenance or troubleshoot on the locker/package room management system
This is a part -time role (15 -20 hours currently), but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program - with opportunities for growth as the program expands.
RequirementsWho You Are:
Professional and personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to create positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in or near the Phoenix -Scottsdale area.

A Day in the Life:

What you'll do on a typical day:
Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment
Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
Adhere to the 7S program
Maintain a clean environment at all times
Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
To be at least 18 years of age
The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
It'd be great if you also have:
1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
Experience using a handheld scanner
Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives
This job requires the ability to:
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time

Working as a Material Handler II is rewarding and engaging. You are responsible for coming to work as a friendly associate. Maintaining production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product.
What you'll do
Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
Interact effectively and courteously with clients, guests, and staff members.
Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
Perform inventories.
Backing up other team members as necessary.
Cleaning warehouse as needed.
Other duties as assigned by upper management.
What you'll need
High school or equivalent.
Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred).
Walking and standing for extended periods of time, ability to multi-task, and to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to communicate verbally in English.
Ability to do basic math.
