Body Shop Mirror Matching & Stock Person The right candidate will proactively manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order and the overall management of Parts Department for the Body Shop. You will work closely with technicians, CSRs and other parts personnel and damage writers. Duties & Responsibilities: Order all needed parts and supplemental parts for repair orders Mirror Match incoming parts for correctness and damage Expedite parts and/or search alternative sources when obtaining specific parts is problematic. Oversee the receipt and storage of parts including the process of checking all parts orders and the parts themselves for accuracy and completeness. Assure that all parts are marked with the RO number and are stored or staged by job and that the order status is clearly noted on all paperwork. Manage the dispatch of parts to technicians on a timely basis. Proactively return all unused parts and assure that credit is properly received and posted to the repair order. Oversee the order, receipt, storage, dispatch and return of all paint & materials, shop supplies and small parts. Proactively communicate with techs, porters, CSR and damage writer regarding part status. Document all transaction, as appropriate, in the computer or management system on a timely basis. High School Diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. You should possess excellent communication and managerial skills. Some sales experience is helpful. Primary Responsibility: Under general supervisor, the Lumper focuses on loading and unloading merchandise in accordance to established safety, performance, and accuracy standards. What You'll Do: • Verify container information according to the execution report and verify appropriate trailer chocking, glad hand locking, and cone procedures prior to the unloading process. • Manually unload containers by separating each case by style, size, and color and placing them in a separate pallet for each. • Accurately build and stage each pallet to the correct standard tie high as specified on the execution report and determine if pallets are ready to be shrink wrapped by identifying case quantity and shrink wrapping stage pallets. • Maintain a safe, clean, neat, and orderly work environment. • Perform other duties as assigned. What Experience and Education You Need: • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to perform basic math skills.
