MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse position at our location in Portsmouth, Virginia. This individual will need to be professional, safe, and courteous, having the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Ensuring parts are properly delivered to customers
Assisting in receiving, stocking, and shipping warehouse inventory
Commitment to safety in the warehouse
Requirements
Must be 25 years or older
Professional, safe, and courteous in the manner of presenting the company, as well as while driving for the company
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Ability to operate forklift and drive company vehicles
Excellent customer service skills

Physical Demands
Delivery/warehouse roles are physically demanding and require prolonged periods of sitting, standing and/or walking. Occasional heavy lifting and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (or more) may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the delivery/warehouse associate will frequently use hands to manipulate and grasp objects; reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and/or twist. Good vision to inspect parts numbers/order sheets and effective communication are essential. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. A delivery/warehouse associate may work in areas with temperature and/or humidity extremes.
