Invoices with missing parts that are stocked at the warehouse should be checked and pulled if in location. Unavailable parts should be taken off the invoice and invoice should be closed.
Parts not found must be brought to the attention of sales personnel.
Parts missing that are stocked off-site at dealership locations should be handled as follows.
Inbound freight:
Packing lists should be printed before arrival of inbound freight.
All supersessions should be done before freight arrives.
