The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for preparing customer shipments, receiving incoming parts and supplies, restocking Kanban bins, using creativity and initiative to meet aggressive deadlines and improve processes. Completes out of stock form for stock items requested with no available inventory to fulfill request. Completed form is to be turned in to the Stores Coordinator. * Receives all trucks when the Receiving Department is not present, inspecting shipments for quality, damage and specifications. Places material in designated storage area and communicates delivery with receiving personnel.
