What We Offer: * Pay of $17.06-$18.26 per hour based on experience * 12-hour rotating shifts (8 AM-8 PM or 8 PM-8 AM, 2-2-3 schedule) * Temp-to-hire opportunity What We're Looking For: * 1-2 years of relevant experience * Forklift and tugger certifications required * Previous experience operating a dryer preferred * Basic computer skills and SAP ticketing accuracy * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts What You'll Do as a Receiving Associate: * Operate packer equipment to pack rolls per customer specifications * Safely load trucks for outbound shipments * Operate dryer equipment as needed * Ensure rolls are correctly built, clean, and placed on the correct cloth tube * Measure picks and width on each roll and verify against specifications * Print and manage SAP tickets accurately * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Report equipment malfunctions to production management
