Body Shop Mirror Matching & Stock Person The right candidate will proactively manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order and the overall management of Parts Department for the Body Shop. You will work closely with technicians, CSRs and other parts personnel and damage writers. Duties & Responsibilities: Order all needed parts and supplemental parts for repair orders Mirror Match incoming parts for correctness and damage Expedite parts and/or search alternative sources when obtaining specific parts is problematic. Oversee the receipt and storage of parts including the process of checking all parts orders and the parts themselves for accuracy and completeness. Assure that all parts are marked with the RO number and are stored or staged by job and that the order status is clearly noted on all paperwork.
