The Sales & Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both sales activities and warehouse management within the organization. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team by processing orders and returns, shipping orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales and return records. Simultaneously, the role involves overseeing warehouse functions such as inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordinating shipments to meet delivery deadlines. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the sales and warehouse departments to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic experience in sales support or warehouse operations.

Ability to lift and move moderate weights up to 40 lbs as required in warehouse tasks.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Support the preparation of sales reports and inventory forecasts.
Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies within the warehouse.
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
