A security client of ours is looking for immediate help for a Warehouse Assistant to join there team for an ongoing contract. We are looking to have this person start as soon as 12/10/25. This is a 2,000 sq ft warehouse with mainly CCTV, Camera's, Access Control parts and products. This person will be in charge of answering the phone and emails for client orders. What Youll Do: Manage Purchase Orders: Place, track, and receive inventory accurately and on time. Warranty & Returns: Process warranty parts, handle vendor returns, and secure credits efficiently. Vendor Relations: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for the best pricing and terms. Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and ensure accuracy at all times. Supplier Sourcing: Seek out new vendor options to improve pricing and product availability. Logistics: Coordinate daily order pickups/deliveries; assist with job site deliveries as needed. Physical Tasks: Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; stay on your feet and active throughout the day. Technology Use: Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track orders, parts, and materials.
