    The Lead Inventory Associate is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations and supporting the Pharmacy Fulfillment team in maintaining accurate inventory levels, compliance, and readiness for dispensing and shipping. This role serves as a mentor and resource to Inventory Associates, and is accountable for advanced inventory analysis, discrepancy resolution, and cross-departmental coordination. This role may assist in dispensing and packing prescriptions and OTC orders. The Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coordinate daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, physical counts, and discrepancy investigations. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Place and receive orders for products and supplies based on business rules and client requirements.
