Distributes labels for production runs onsite and creates shipments for offsite runs based on planned production and forecast. Puts labels away coming back from Manufacturing, Private Label and Receiving post production. Ensures that label counts match Oracle Inventory levels and reconciles discrepancies. Transfers (Oracle) labels that are released from QA (from Receiving) to the controlled Label areas. Assists with cycle counts on labels. Rotates and maintains the stock (FIFO). Prevents unauthorized personnel from entering the label rooms. Keeps the Label areas clean and organized. Identifies potential quality or quantity problems and notifies supervisor. Completes administrative project work as assigned. Serves as back-up to other members of label group. Complies with safety and GMP requirements. Actively participates in the safety program by: engaging in training activities to learn what constitutes a safety hazard; reporting safety concerns to the supervisor, submitting safety suggestions, and correcting or reporting to the appropriate people when an employee sees a workplace health or safety hazard, until it is resolved.
