Responsibilities include the overall operation and upkeep of the facility's wastewater system based on applicable local or national pollution ordinances; mixing the chemical amounts required to wash uniforms and other ancillary products, such as floor mats, shop towels and dust mops. Functions: · Keeps assigned machines filled with raw materials such as stacks of boxes, bags, labels and tape to keep machines running without interruption. · Responds to all assigned machine stoppages to troubleshoot and then clear the line to get the machine back into production with minimal downtime. · Performs assigned material handling tasks including: box handling, empty/full pallet handling, scrap bin and Gaylord handling as required. · As assigned, will assist in monitoring and running the injection molding systems and notify the supervisor if issues arise outside the authority of position. · Reviews production documents (quantity, weight and product identification) and compares to actual production to ensure completeness of orders per company procedures for national and international shipments. · Properly label skids and move finished goods away from systems and onto trucks for shipment. · Gather data and identify root causes for critical instances arising on assigned tasks. · Responsible for completing system logs per company procedures for assigned tasks that require logging. · Performs assigned 5S tasks including cleaning and inspection of the equipment and facility. · Follows all manufacturing policies and procedures when performing duties. · Adheres to all safety rules, procedures, and uses required safety equipment for assigned tasks. · Immediately notifies supervisor for any issues that arise that cannot be overcome on a timely basis; or, ones that are not authorized to perform with all the facts. · As assigned, performs authorized equipment changeovers. Visit: *************************************************** Job Description Key responsibilities for this role include: * Perform a variety of receiving activities to support the flow of incoming materials and supplies, including the physical and electronic receipt of materials from production, interbranch warehouses, vendors (MROs and catalog items), and customers. Accurately record receipts in the business system (e.g., SAP) to facilitate subsequent operations. * Prepare and package customer shipments for ground, air, and ocean transportation in accordance with shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG), ensuring compliance with documentation, labeling, and packaging requirements. * Load and unload trucks and containers for both incoming materials and outgoing customer shipments, ensuring safe and damage-free handling. * Perform inventory control functions such as cycle counting, material transfers, stock rotation, and production staging (kitting raw materials). Address inventory discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate records. * Pick and prepare interbranch shipments to support field warehouses and ensure timely customer deliveries. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other motorized vehicles safely and efficiently to prevent product and equipment damage. * Properly label, mark, and store products according to specified requirements, ensuring accurate segregation and preservation when necessary. * REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus. * Familiarity with inventory management system and standard warehouse procedures. * Certification to operate forklifts or other motorized vehicles (preferred). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. * Basic proficiency inf Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools. * Knowledge of shipping regulations, including DOT, IATA, and IMD is a plus. * Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) * Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying of materials. * Operation of motorized vehicles such as a forklifts and pallet jacks for extended periods. * Must be able to work 3rd shift. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Work Environment * Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperature conditions, including cold storage or unheated areas. * Noise levels may vary depending on the machinery in use. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required to ensure safety. * This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
