Egg Picker - Waianae Area Schedule: 6 day operation with one day off; must be flexible to work on the weekends Schedule 7:00am-4:00pmPayrate: $16/hr.Job Description:To perform the following: Position is either part of the service crew or egg picker. Service CrewResponsibilities include but not limited to: Repair and maintenance Building (inside and out) Prepare laying houses for next batch of birds Move chickens from brooders to laying houses Depopulate laying houses Keeping farm clean Catch loose chickens in houses Help with other Farm projects where needed Egg Picker Responsibilities include but not limited to: Wear an egg carrier with a stack of egg trays Walk an assigned row of birds and pick eggs 2 in each hand and place in egg tray When the egg tray is full, it is placed above the cages When 6 trays are completed, go back, gather those 6 trays and stack on egg trucks Work as a team with other egg pickers Help with other Farm projects as needed Schedule includes weekends Essential Functions: Must be reliable and responsible to get to work on time.
