The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting the selling process and the basic operations of the store, by contributing to the customers' exceptional shopping experience through greeting, stock, care, fitting room control, process basic transactions promptly and accurately, and ensuring the backroom is organized and running in an effective, productive and safe manner. Job Summary - Responsible for picking products which have been asked for by production. Delivers the picked orders to the delivery platform of the warehouse they are working in. Uses racking systems and forklifts to pull order from shelves. Ensure the necessary paperwork is completed. Must have ability to operate RF Scanner during picking process. Confirms the accuracy of each order. Reporting any issues to receiving lead or supervisor. Responsibilities: Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jack. Experienced with RF handheld scanners preferred. The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor.
