Your Responsibilities:
Ensures that the receiving area office is never left unattended/unlocked.
Never permits the receiving area to be blocked.
Schedules freight elevator for residents moving in and out advance adhering to Association Policy.
Registers all delivers and packages (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, registered mail).
Reports all problems to the supervisor, including problems outside of scope of responsibility.
Issues parking passes to all approved vehicles.
Registers and distributes ID passes to all contractors.
Monitors the coming and going of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors through logs.
Completes required reports.
Requisitions materials, tools, and supplies needed for the job.
Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
Maintains a safe work area.
Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Previous experienced preferred
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; be able to reach overhead; have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.

Job Overview: The stocker is responsible for preparing and maintaining the store products to ensure customers are welcomed to an organized environment. Additionally, the stocker assists store personnel on any necessary functions to guarantee the well-functioning of the store.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Organize and re-stock products on shelves.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves, coolers and other areas of the store.
• Inspect merchandising when receiving it and reports defects, damages, expired products to the appropriate person.
• Compare merchandising invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct.
• Assist with inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
• Clean and maintain supplies, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations

An assistant in warehouse is responsible for maintaining the required level of efficiency or safety while handling the movement of furniture and keeps record of all these materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES included but are not limited to:
Receive & unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment & inspection for damages.
Sort and place merchandise on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, or product code.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Prepare merchandise for shipment, as required.
Open, inspect, touch-up and repackage inventory items of outgoing orders.
Assemble, inspect and touch up items that require pre-assembly.
Assist customers with merchandise pick up.
Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory system.
Utilize material handling equipment.
Communicate any inventory errors to direct supervisor.
Oversee assigned truck(s) during loading for accuracy and quality for loading into delivery vehicles.
A warehouse assistant must follow the duties that are assigned by the supervisor or manager of the warehouse.

WORKSKILLS:
Physically manipulate and transport large and heavy items; alone, in a team and/or using proper equipment. We require to lift anything over 100 lbs. occasionally or anything between 50-100 lbs. on a frequent interval.
Ability to operate power equipment such as forklift, picker, and power jack will be an asset.
Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision and strong positive attitude.
