Ensure all inventory is properly marked/tagged and in the correct location in the warehouse and consolidated for POW customer delivery. ASEC and shop 5S activities related to warehouse improvement projects. Position/stage/charge equipment in the warehouse and consolidate orders for installation crew. Inspecting, verifying, and accepting a shipment into inventory with quality control focus. Identify any missing or damaged equipment and communicate to shop operations and sales coordination within required timeframes. Receive LTL shipments and notify person that ordered. Palletize, band, label and schedule LTL shipments. Perform general facility maintenance and upkeep as required. Including but not limited to keeping warehouse floors clean, emptying trash & recycling cans as needed, and general cleaning of warehouse following established shine schedules. Serve as a backup/support to the Parts team on lift truck tire pressing for van replenishment, work orders, & customer orders. Monitor propane cage. Organize equipment upon receipt with asset ID label and organize scrap equipment to be disposed. Maintain a neat and orderly facility and identify equipment for transport as required. Dump oil from shop, crush oil filters, and puncture spray cans for disposal. Charge and Equalize batteries. Keep renewed and demo area clean, with trucks straight and dusted. Provide general assistance to Shop and Parts teams, assisting shop techs with minor repairs as required. Additional duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
