In this role, you will develop, collaborate, and complete sales strategies across multiple channels in collaboration with our End User and Aftermarket Sales Teams. The OEM Sales Manager's primary role within Copeland Cold Chain is to deliver sales growth through leadership and the execution of a strategic sales plan. You will direct the work and strategy for several Account Executives who lead the sales effort for the Copeland Cold Chain to several OEM customers.
