Essential Functions

Identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Suggest improved ways of working, introducing new processes or revising existing ones in support of key priorities.
Resolve vendor returns, cost recovery, and replacements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or similar field; or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement
Demonstrated experience buying domestically and internationally, including knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control
Demonstrated experience in demand forecasting techniques
Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals to accurately produce inventory forecasts
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to secure favorable terms and foster collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and present findings in a clear and cohesive manner.

What would you do as our Senior Product Manager?
You will partner with the Door Group product management team, sales, and operations on research, new product development, product launches, lifecycle management, and sales opportunities. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, marketing strategy, pricing, positioning, and messaging, while mastering the NPD process from concept to launch. Your work will focus upon the following five areas: Strategic Product Leadership, Competitive & Market Intelligence, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Product Portfolio Excellence, and Mentorship & Leadership.
Strategic Product Leadership:
Own and drive product vision: Lead end-to-end development from market research and concept definition through successful launch and lifecycle management.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with company innovation goals and market leadership objectives.
Evaluate product categories and market opportunities to identify high-potential development initiatives.
Analyze product portfolio performance and profitability, recommending strategic actions such as cost optimization, pricing adjustments, SKU rationalization, or Value Analysis/Value Engineering.
Research and document future product introductions to sustain growth and competitiveness.
Competitive & Market Intelligence:
Build and maintain deep expertise in competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, maintaining a robust competitive database to identify breakthrough opportunities and leverage gaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Direct rapid product development efforts in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Manage product development timelines, lead team meetings, and maintain documentation through defined processes.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to optimize market positioning, share capture, profitability, and go-to-market strategies.
Support creation of technical materials, catalogs, price books, instruction sheets, videos, presentations, advertisements, and press releases.
Participate in and present at product training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate internal teams and customers.
Product Portfolio Excellence:
Manage product life cycles, portfolio decisions, and SKU rationalization to ensure profitability and market relevance.
Collaborate on technical leadership initiatives, including tooling, documentation, and production support.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior product managers, strengthening their skills in strategy, prioritization, and industry best practices to grow future product leaders

The Skills and Experience you need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
7+ years of product management or technical commercial product experience with proven track record of successful product launches
Previous experience in hollow metal doors and frames manufacturing or commercial building products highly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and product development processes
Ability to translate complex market research into actionable product strategies
Exceptional skills in articulating vision and requirements to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

The Project Management Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key Stonhard initiatives, including Stage Gate and other strategic projects. This role partners cross-functionally to align resources, track timelines, and communicate progress, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and support organizational goals
Essential Functions
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Stonhard's Stage Gate process and software.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, deliverables, and milestones. Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing changes
Track and report on project status, including executive leadership, risks, and issues, providing proactive recommendations to maintain timelines and quality.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, serving as the contact point for teams across units, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders and project teams.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support ad hoc initiatives requiring project management oversight or coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years business experience
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, time tracking, leadership
Preferred Requirements
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent project management credential
Experience with Stage Gate or other product development frameworks
Training in project management methodologies (training available for qualified candidates)
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $80,000 and $85,000 annually. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution.
