What Do You Like About Working There?
Every day is different, and that permits varying levels of employee and customer interactions for me to recognize, solve, and implement solutions for best in class service on a managerial level. There are daily changing variables that allow me to problem solve in an efficient and creative manner. I am always able to showcase my abilities to multitask, prioritize, delegate, communicate, and manage a diverse team across multiple departments.
What DON'T You Like About Working There?
The pace of upwards progression and accountability are not up to the standards I believe they should be at. Other than that, the pay is too low for my daily workload, skill set and attributions towards daily business succes. The pay is not comparable to local competitors in the region.
What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?
I have better than average health care coverage and company contributions to HSA's and 401k's.
