+ An understanding of the market and provide insights to the Merchandising Acceleration Local and Ethnic Manager

+ Evaluate execution of layout and POG implementation in their assigned market to identify concerns and facilitate resolution

+ Participate in the review and evaluation of proposed center store layouts for their respective markets.

+ Conduct store visits spending majority of time evaluating strategy implementation and providing the Merchandising Acceleration leadership with feedback on progress.

+ Understand competitive landscape and market and report significant findings to Merchandising Acceleration and Category Leadership

+ Guides and facilitates the end to end coordination efforts and implementation for macro, micro and technology inputs of the Assortment Services support into the Brand to deliver on strategic initiatives

+ Responsible for creating a culture of support and alignment of brand strategic initiatives across dedicated Assortment services teams (internal & 3rd party).
