Position Overview
We are seeking a UM Support Analyst to provide administrative and data entry support for Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization requests. This is a temporary backfill role supporting an upcoming go-live initiative.
Key Responsibilities

* Obtain vendor pricing and availability for all repair requests.
* Generate repair proposals with lead times.
* Source repair parts from vendors for approved work.
* Communicate with customers to update status of parts availability and scheduled work in a timely manner. Communication with customers must be made weekly with customers as a minimum.
* Schedule service personnel to perform repairs with an effort to ensure optimum routing efficiency.
* Notify customers and confirm their readiness within a 24-hour period of the scheduled date of work once parts order is complete and staged.

• Assures individuals are making informed choices and have “free choice of provider” in accordance with all applicable rules.
• Works as an on-call contact for the Board to respond to any emergency (medical or other) type of situations occurring outside of business hours. Employees are responsible to follow the SSA Department's established on-call schedule and guidelines.
• May be asked to provide training or support to co-workers, individuals, families, and/or providers when they have attended a training or event and the information received would be beneficial to or needed by others.
• Has a working knowledge of DODD Behavior Rule, including procedures for the development of positive and restrictive procedures, Human Rights' Committee functions and state notification. Provides training and support to provider staff to implement strategies as well as general positive behavior support strategy recommendations. Makes referrals for behavior supports as applicable.

Dearing Compressor is seeking a Service Administrator to work in its Industrial Service Department. The Service Administrator is crucial to the support and success of the department. This position is located in Youngstown, OH.
PRIMARY Reposibilities:
Receive inbound customer service requests, collecting all pertinent information to provide exceptional customer service.
Track all customer communication through NetSuite ERP system.
Provide technical support to service technicians, inside sales, and outside sales as required.
Timely and consistent communication with Service Manager regarding daily status, trends, and key issues.
Take an active role in the financial success of the department by:
Ensuring job readiness for the field service team for the scheduled jobs.
Maximizing field service routing of scheduled jobs.
Utilizing the proper field service skill sets on the appropriate job.
Upselling customers on additional services or products including warranty kits or expanded PM programs.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Review and analyze Preventative Maintenance (PM) agreements for accuracy of service intervals and consumable parts.
Source required parts for PM services and route by location.
Schedule service personnel to perform PM services with an effort to ensure optimum routing efficiency utilizing system reports and scheduling (4) weeks ahead.
Monitor ‘ready to schedule' queue for all preventative maintenance orders and schedule these orders within 24 hours of notification.
Notify customer within that 24-hour period of the scheduled date of work.
QUOTING
Review all ‘revisit' / ‘needs more work' jobs via NetSuite reports to determine next steps.
Obtain vendor pricing and availability for all repair requests.
Generate repair proposals with lead times.
Source repair parts from vendors for approved work.
Communicate with customers to update status of parts availability and scheduled work in a timely manner. Communication with customers must be made weekly with customers as a minimum.
Schedule service personnel to perform repairs with an effort to ensure optimum routing efficiency.
Notify customers and confirm their readiness within a 24-hour period of the scheduled date of work once parts order is complete and staged.
