He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of TriSyn Group, 2003 - 2008, an enterprise-class applications software company focused on the top 100 banks in the U.S. TriSyn became part of Infor in 2007. At TIBCO, 1999 - 2003, Brian carried many different operational executive roles and ended his tenure as Senior Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Support, where he implemented a world-class global professional service and 24x7 support organization for a rapidly growing business. Brian also built a world class professional services organization globally at TIBCO. He was Vice President of Field Operations at InConcert, Inc., a Xerox Technology Venture company acquired by TIBCO in 1999. Brian started his career at Xerox where he spent 13 years in various technical, sales and management positions. Brian's passion is working with high performance teams to deliver maximum value for customers, employees and stakeholders.
