To solve this, Sean and CTO Jacob Boudreau started STORD in 2015 to give shippers unprecedented visibility, on-demand scale and the leading distribution network to move their goods.
Sean attended Georgia Tech prior to founding STORD. He was also a member of the 2016 cohort of the Dynamo Accelerator Fund and a Thiel Fellow.
Stord is still small, with less than $1 million in revenue for 2017, but it expects sales to surpass $4 million next year as it takes on seed funding to expand.
We’re trying to close that in the first quarter of 2018.
STORD has experienced explosive growth, earning the number 42 spot on the 2021 INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies.
