About The Role
As one of Journey's front-of-house representatives, we are looking for Merch/Retail Associates with welcoming energy to help set the tone for the entire day! These team members are the first to meet and greet our guests and the last to wave good-bye. Merch/Retail Associates are responsible for the organization, presentation, and promotion of Journey merchandise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner. Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed.
