Requirements: POSITION REQUIREMENTS This position requires a thorough knowledge of the stock building materials in our inventory, the layout and workflow of the warehouse, and material handling considerations including speed, efficiency, and safety. In addition to these requirements, the load puller must be physically capable of performing all aspects of the job, and pass a fit for duty examination prior to employment and the ability to lift heavy loads without assistance. Load pullers must maintain optimum health and physical fitness as the job requires throughout their employment. Must possess or be able to obtain a forklift license and Dot medical card according to Mass state requirements. Need to communicate calmly and professionally when speaking with Customers, Salespeople and drivers when handling an issue called into dispatch. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve on the fly.

Fulfillment "Fill" Associate The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for fulfilling customer orders, ensuring every order is compliant with state regulations. Fulfillment Associates work with direct supervision of retail managers on duty, and report directly to the General Manager.Core Tasks and Responsibilities - Receive and process walk-in and online orders via Dutchie. Package customer orders while ensuring the correct quantities and product(s) are placed in exit bag. Maintain quality and appearance of product by double checking for expiration dates, product weight, lab results are all present and in compliance. Notifying Retail Leadership when inventory level are low to ensure accurate menu information. Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault. Request product from IA or TL to restock Fulfillment as needed. Complete inventory counts of all products in fulfillment at the beginning/end of day. Maintain knowledge of all LRP products and services, while adhering to CCC, state, and local laws. Maintain organization and appearance of facility by daily upkeep and light cleaning, Assist in start of day and end of day procedures. Maintain a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest safety standards for fellow employees, products, and the facility. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on state and local laws pertaining to adult-use marijuana and dispensing adult-use marijuana. Follows established LRP policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks. Additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience - At least 1 year of retail order fulfillment is required (2-3 years preferred). A high school diploma or GED is required, college degree preferred. Inventory experience is a plus. Experience with Dutchie is a plus. Physical Requirement/Work Environment - Retail store work environment. This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching. Must have the ability to perform work related activities for up to 8 hours a day including repetitive motions and use of hands. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The Farhat lab in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the Harvard Medical School is a translational lab that combines genomics and informatics to understand and better control drug resistant tuberculosis and other infections. We are particularly interested in bacterial genome wide association, prediction of phenotype from genotype and methodological development around this. We also apply theoretical evolutionary concepts to better understand genetic diversity and population dynamics of bacterial populations in the host. We are seeking an Associate to conduct bioinformatic analysis comparing sequence diversity in sputum verses culture for Mycobacterium tuberculosis ( MTB ) samples. The Associate will be researching how they both correlate with treatment outcome.
