Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the process of stone selection and finalizing a ring or jewelry purchase during in-person and virtual appointments, on website chat, and over the phone
Confidently provide real-time diamond feedback and recommendations while chatting over the phone or on the website
Advise clients on 4Cs of diamonds
Educate clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and moissanite
Guide clients on all aspects of ring design, encouraging them toward design details with structural integrity
Empower clients to feel confident in their once-in-a-lifetime purchase
Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently
Work with the in-house gemology team to source, select, and present diamonds
Coordinate with CAD team and production team to ensure smooth design and production process for client jewelry
Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails
Maintain and nurture client relationships as the main point of contact for all sales
Requirements and Experience:
Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends

Hose Assembly & Facility Management
Assemble product and crimp hoses to manufacturers recommendation under guidance of the Store Manager
Assist Store Manager with waste and cost reduction
Perform duties related to maintaining a safe, organized, and clean store
Assist Store Manager with routine facility maintenance
Inventory & Product Management
Handle deliveries, unpack product, stock and cleans shelves
Perform inventory projects as directed by Store Manager
Track inventory and order product
Maintain product displays
Perform shipping/receiving duties
Administration
Process sales transactions
Assist Store Manager with recording transactions related to invoices, stock transfers, and inventory levels
Consistently and accurately complete timecard
Ensure that intellectual property is confidential, maintained, and secure
Perform other duties as required by Store Manager or Regional Support Manager
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual - Spanish required
Possess good customer service skills
Possess proficient oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push & pull up to 150lbs

Work Environment
Work performed in a workshop environment
Routinely uses standard office equipment (i.e.: computers, phones, fax machines) as well as hand and power tools (i.e.: hose saws, pliers, box cutters, tape measure, and crimping machine)
Exposed to several elements but with none present to the extent of being disagreeable (i.e.: noise from equipment and occasional odor that comes from cutting rubber hose)
