Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

**The Role**
Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with a top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is given a core territory in which they are responsible for servicing clients of Homes.com and Apartments.com.
Associate Photographers will have appointments set for defined dates and times, where they will scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans. Associate Photographers will also be responsible for residential photography to be used in marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments to future owners and renters. This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces, Homes.com and Apartments.com, by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
+ Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
+ Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client's demands.
+ Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.

**Physical Requirements of Position**

What you will be doing:
As a Sales Associate, Ad Products at Alignable, you'll have the unique opportunity to positively influence the success of millions of small business owners, while helping to scale the sales strategy for our Alignable Advertising team. As a member of the ads team, you'll play an integral role in helping us bring small businesses an entirely new way to generate visibility and customers by helping scale the sales process for our advertising products. This is a junior IC role, reporting to the Head of Ad Product Sales.

Sell at a high level by earning trust, leading with value, and creating lasting relationships
Demonstrate the utmost respect, empathy and appreciation for small business owners
Solve problems for Small Businesses by understanding their expectations and helping them work through growth obstacles
Illustrate the value of Alignable Advertising to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
Use the pain points you uncover to help optimize the Alignable Advertising product and introduce new features
What you will bring:
2+ years experience handling sales and/or account management
You have consistently demonstrated a superior ability to persuade prospects to purchase and/or extend their contracts
The ability to use your empathetic nature to aid in closing sales
Bonus: Background in digital marketing and/or content creation

$72,000 - $72,000 a year
Compensation for this role includes a fixed base salary of $36,000, plus a performance-based bonus with $36,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) at 100% of goal attainment. Bonus compensation is uncapped, meaning total earnings may exceed the stated OTE based on individual performance.

Overview
TRC has established a leading climate risk and resilience practice that specializes in assessing climate vulnerability and risk, evaluating and prioritizing adaptation strategies, and producing implementable and actionable climate plans for clients.
TRC is seeking a Climate Resilience Associate to join our team supporting clients' growing needs for evaluating physical, transition, and organizational climate risks, and adaptation strategies. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and eager to learn with experience with technical written and verbal communications with agencies and the general public. Our team supports transportation agencies, utilities, state agencies, and private companies, among others.
Responsibilities
Support our efforts with transportation and public agencies in climate risk and resilience, equity-based communications, and climate program development and implementation.
Prepare technical summaries, memoranda, website content, and email correspondence
Update and maintain an editorial calendar to guide
Perform climate-related research and physical and transition risk impact analyses
Schedule and plan internal and external meetings including developing agendas and presentation materials, taking notes, and tracking action items
Translate technical topics into materials that resonate with non-technical audiences
Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and internal TRC staff
Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Qualifications
5 to 8 years of consulting experience in climate planning, risk, and resilience topics
A bachelor's degree is required. All degrees will be considered including a degree in Environmental Policy, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Political Science, and Sociology.
Strategic thinker and comfortable with innovating during project work
Experience balancing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced exciting environment
Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and perform across multiple work assignments
Excellent organization and communication skills are mandatory
Ability to work independently, as part of the team, and cross-collaboratively with other groups
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials for various audiences
Ability to translate technical topics into materials that resonate with non-technical audiences
Proposal experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
