Position: Construction Takeoff & Estimating Associate
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Takeoff & Estimating Associate, with a strong focus on developing our countertop division.
In this role, you'll learn how to review construction plans, perform material takeoffs, and prepare accurate estimates specifically for countertop fabrication and installation projects, as well as other finish carpentry scopes.
While your primary responsibilities will center on estimating and takeoffs, you'll also gain valuable experience supporting our sales and client relations process-helping prepare proposals, assist with bids, and communicate project details with customers and vendors.
No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training in construction estimating, takeoff software, and countertop industry processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for countertop projects and related carpentry work.
Assist with bid preparation, proposals, and project pricing.
Communicate with clients and vendors for material costs and specifications.
Support the growth and development of the countertop division by identifying new opportunities, improving estimating accuracy, and helping streamline workflow.
Collaborate with project managers and sales staff to ensure estimates align with design and production needs.
Represent Miranda Development with professionalism, precision, and accountability.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $45,000 annually, paid bi-weekly with commission.
Commission Structure: Construction Takeoff & Estimating Associates earn commission on the total contract value of the projects they close. Commission rates are tiered based on project profitability and performance, rewarding quality sales that contribute to company success.

What we're looking for
High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day

DESCRIPTION
General Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring DVD production error reports and problem resolution.
Responsible for iMemories partner packaging and fulfillment of orders.
Monitor inventory for DVD production materials and fulfillment packaging materials; report to supervisor if reorder is required.
Inspect customer originals for order integrity prior to shipment.
Assemble and package DVD orders for shipping.
Maintain and perform equipment maintenance on DVD burners and printers.
Data entry into a computer system for shipping details.
Keep the work area organized and clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
The Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized
Put incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages
Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Pick orders as requested by management
Seal and tag containers, confirm accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm
Ensure correct shipping information is attached and moved to completed orders to shipping area
Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure a quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
Assist in maintaining the security of warehouse
