We can show you how. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail/ store outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail. This position is a vital part of our organization and can lead to future career opportunities. Duties will also include but are not limited to: Cashiering and Sales Floor Support. Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items). Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods. External Hiring Range: $14.00/hour Travel: None required. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
