Essential Functions and Competencies to be learned:

In this position, the Shipping and Receiving Specialist performs a number of different functions in the warehouse/stockroom. These include cycle counting, assisting with inventory correction investigations, stocking parts and completing internal shipping requests.

+ Pulling customer orders per the released orders in the Allocation system and staging them accurately by those requiring FAA tags, and those without

+ Creating/updating shipment preliminary packlists

+ Ensuring customer/order notes are read and followed

+ Ensuring shipments are packed appropriately

+ Ensuring parts and paperwork are matching

+ Maintaining stock levels on supplies (boxes, packing, tape, etc)

+ Be flexible to learn and help in other areas when needed

+ Maintain ESD certification

+ Assist in looking for continuous improvements, increased efficiencies, and cost savings

Primary Responsibilities:

This position will have the opportunity to work as part of an integrated product team (IPT) that includes team members from engineering, value stream, operations, quality, and procurement as we develop the next generation of galley insert products for the worlds leading airlines and aircraft OEMs.

Basic Qualifications

+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

+ Must be a US Person/Permanent Resident "green card" holder
