Beyond infrastructure, we actively generate leads through community outreach and local partnerships.
As a Provider Partnerships Manager, you primary goal will be to grow patient referrals to Alpaca Health by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners. These partners include primary care physicians, specialist physicians, and other healthcare professionals who refer their patients to us for autism support. In this role, you'll report directly to one of our Provider Partnerships Regional Managers.
Please Note: This role is full-time and we strongly prefer candidates in major metropolitan areas.
About the Role
The Provider Partnerships Manager will be the face of Alpaca Health in the field-building, nurturing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of well-matched client referrals for our partner providers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, understands the importance of trust in healthcare referrals, and has the energy to be out in the community most of the week.
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of building relationships with Alpaca Health's provider partners. While creativity is strongly encouraged in tailoring your engagement strategies, core responsibilities include:
Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with referral partners, including pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, and local organizations
Regularly visit physician offices, autism clinics, and community events to promote Alpaca Health's services and our partner providers
Educate referral sources on the benefits of our clinician-led model and fast access to services
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate outreach campaigns and events
Represent Alpaca Health at autism-related conferences, networking events, and community meetings
Track outreach activity, referral volume, and conversion metrics in CRM
Serve as the go-to liaison between referral sources and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs: Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality and efficiency, such that the location meets or surpasses KPIs
Labor assignment and production management: Responsible for assigning repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicles for teardown or paint
Teammate support: Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed
Monitor and attain production goals and standards: Ensure all repairs are in line with Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, all repairs are billed accurately and correctly, and back of shop PPE protocol is upheld for teammate safety
Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner: Ensure production staff adheres to punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures for weekly payroll processing and manage staff PTO, vacation, or leave
Manage daily production flow: Communicate with team (Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, Parts Managers) to ensure production is moving as needed to meet delivery requirements
Write DRP complaint estimates (as needed): Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery, update CE's estimates as needed, and lock final estimates
Team acquisition, coaching and development: Responsible for understanding all teammate position requirements, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for roles based on skills and experience, and providing individual teammate performance coaching, feedback, and support for growth/progression opportunities
Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers

The District Manager, Neuroscience will:
Be responsible for the development, execution of compliant promotion of all Neuroscience promoted portfolio products in all optimal sites of care across both outpatient and inpatient settings to approved health care professionals. Qualifications:
* 2+ years of merchandising/retail grocery experience or 1+ year managing store inventory
* 1+ year supervising direct reports
* Degree preferred
* Able to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights.

The Appraisal Review Manager selected for this opportunity will be working within Real Estate Technical Services to support daily operations across multiple teams. Responsibilities:
* The Appraisal Review Manager is responsible for the residential appraisal review area and serves as liaison, efficiency expert and problem-solver between loan production and the residential Appraisal Review Department.
* Participates in the automation of the appraisal procurement, review, scoring and system monitoring process to ensure industry "best practices" and provide a competitive advantage.
* Manages the daily operations, focusing on increasing reliability, accuracy and efficiencies relating to procurement and review of residential real estate appraisals for consumer and mortgage lending, across all regions.
* May be required to perform appraisal reviews.
* Develops, administers, and manages the training of the appraisal review specialists, for both direct reports and applicable bank staff.
