Qualifications Required Experience & Knowledge Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in contents restoration, contents estimating, or supervisory roles within the restoration industry. Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Estimating Software: Proven proficiency with Xactimate or similar restoration estimating platforms.
