Availability Flexibility to work 45-50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Experience 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment. Car wash experience is not required. Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and sales acumen, with the ability to coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
