Track sales revenue, number of customers, accountability of sales associates and their production, and district market share. Assist in management of internal audit controls and standards to ensure they are within required guidelines. (20-25%)
Provide effective and efficient working conditions, space, equipment and an environment that will maximize the effectiveness of sales associates and employees in accomplishing the objectives of the branch office. (15-20%)
Actively participate in community activities, local and state Board of Realtors so that the company will be viewed in the best possible light by clients, sales associates, competitors and the public within the branch office location. (10-15%)
Serve as the Sales Manager in his/her absence. (5-10%)
May assist with regional recruiting including: career night presentation mailings, advertisement development, recruiting materials and interviewing. (10-20%)

Education:

Experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
Strong computer experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*The position will req the leader to be in centers 4 days per week.*
• Responsible for P&L of assigned centers within a region including appropriate staffing levels for Medical Assistants, Radiology Technologists, and other center operations staff; includes, but not limited to oversight and primary responsibility for the staffing model and scheduling,

• Work in partnership with the Marketing team to maximize marketing effort/spend and increase visibility and a positive community presence for the centers.
• Build and maintain visibility in the community; identify outreach possibilities and partner with the Marketing and Business Development teams to drive volume and establish a positive community profile for the centers in the market and identify local business opportunities that will support the referral base.
• Oversee site maintenance and ensure the centers have access to the appropriate resources; manage vendor/supplier relationships and may be required to review and approve supply orders as needed.
• Prioritize work activities and develop guidelines and implement center operation policies and procedures.
• Manages performance across all designated centers and region report out bi-monthly KPI meetings with market leadership, and direct with Team Leaders, clinical leadership on metric improvement.
• Ensure high quality patient care is provided; follow up with patients escalated customer service regarding quality-of-care concerns.
• Responsible for building an effective team of Team Leaders within the market; responsible for coaching and supporting Team Leaders, including identifying strengths and areas for development, and fostering a nurturing environment that strengthens the GoHealth Urgent Care culture
• Enhances market operations by supporting all cross-market initiatives; provide guidance and best practices, ensure timelines are met, and develop and implement cross market processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other markets to collect information, share best practices across markets, develop training plans, and capture data to track and monitor progress.

Primary responsibilities of all assistant storemanagers include:
Plan, implement, and follow-up on weekly sales programs
Manage, control, and track store payroll and budget, collaborating with management to meet sales, profit, payroll, and productivity goals; maintain and utilize payroll system to ensure accurate inputs, adjustments, and projections
Ensure compliance with Giant programs and policies as well as local, state and federal food, labor and safety regulations

Knowledge of employment law, interview techniques, and general retail hiring practices
A Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration, such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or others
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills' the ability to acquire and keep the confidence of associates, customers, and management alike
Experience managing an effective community relations program
Staffers must be willing to work required hours, travel and take assignment within the regional business areas (Washington/Virginia/Maryland/Delaware)
Pay Range: $63,000 - $97,450

Overview
The General Manager, Food & Beverage is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned venue. Provides each manager with the proper direction and follows up on all assignments.
Inspects the operation on a regular basis to ensure that the established quality standards are maintained.
Prepares required reports accurately and submits them on time, follows up with department heads to ensure that their reporting is completed within the same guidelines.
Develops an effective management team.

MA or MS; BA or BS with business-related major;

Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
