Job Description:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store including: supervision of assigned staff and clients, customer service, merchandising, production, reports, security of money and goods and housekeeping.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma with sales management experience acceptable.
Experience: Previous retail/cashier experience desirable. Minimum two years' management experience in sales preferred. Minimum two years' supervisory experience required.
Other: Outgoing personality for customer service. Capable of performing medium work.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Oversee all basic store operations including supervising assigned staff, enforcing store and agency policies, handling customer needs and complaints, and managing sales and production areas.
2. Monitor and maintain acceptable customer service in the retail sales areas and donation drop-off area.
