Job Summary

The Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for managing, maintaining and coordinating the asset management program that assists customers with furniture and product storage. The Coordinator maintains data for customers, prepares assets for delivery and fulfills special requests.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Prints off and fulfills orders by pulling product; scans product in and out and downloads scanner information to ensure accurate inventory counts; reviews and reconciles error reports.

+ Inspects products for condition and cleanliness; prepares assets for delivery; communicates and schedules delivery date with customer; loads truck and delivers to customer.

+ Manages Back to Storage (BTS) return assets. Picks up return assets and returns to warehouse; unloads and inspects returned product providing touch up and repair as needed; sets up standards and product ID; advises customers of any damaged product.

+ Maintains inventory counts and performs quarterly cycle countdowns on asset inventories; scans and prints storage counts at the end of each month for each customer.

+ Organizes warehouse and consolidates assets for efficient use of bays; maintains internal/external cleanliness of warehouse; maintains the integrity of customer owned inventory.

+ Responds to customer inquiries by phone and/or email regarding asset questions, special requests and concerns; researches questions / resolves issues as needed.

+ Attends department / operations meetings.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Educational / Experience Requirements

High School degree or GED with some related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; some inventory management experience; warehouse operations experience preferred; valid driver's license required. + Communication: Ability to clearly & accurately convey information verbally and in writing, consistently using appropriate language /grammar for the situation. Ability to convey information to internal/external audiences in a clear and concise manner; effectively presents to groups or one-on-one; able to write documents, procedures and other communications.

+ Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software / database programs. Able to operate and demonstrate proficiency on a variety of systems, processes, procedures, and / or equipment, specific to a function or discipline

Job Summary

The Delivery Driver & Installer is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and installation of products for smaller installations to customers providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Loads and unloads trucks using appropriate equipment or by hand; checks product against delivery ticket and examines for damages or other issues; identifies and includes any necessary equipment needed for product installations

+ Reviews and/or assists in planning daily delivery route; adjusts with Supervisor as necessary to increase efficiency.

+ Delivers products to customers, contacting them prior to arrival and making any necessary adjustments.

+ Assembles/installs/adjusts products delivered to customer according to manufacturer instructions, floor plans and/or drawings; communicates with customer and cleans up space after install.

+ Troubleshoots and resolves field product failures by making product repairs if possible or identifies for return; informs Supervisor.

+ Processes paperwork including delivery tickets and work orders according to procedures and reconcile products with shipping paperwork; reports any discrepancies.

+ Follows daily truck inspection checklist. Unloads and cleans truck. Plans for next day deliveries. Maintains delivery truck. Tracks and schedules routine truck maintenance and repairs as needed.

+ Assists with warehouse operations as needed.

+ Attends furniture operations team meetings.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Educational / Experience Requirements

High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience; valid Class D - CHAUFFEUR driver's license and a good driving record required; Forklift Operator's license required; customer delivery experience preferred; some furniture assembly, mechanical, and/or construction experience preferred.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Furniture Operations projects from beginning to end via planning, logistics coordination and execution. The Project Manager coordinates project details with the customer, sales, design, and installation teams ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. Project Managers are expected to provide the ultimate customer experience and are responsible for regularly assessing and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Coordinates project details with sales, design, and installation teams; schedules pre-install meetings.

+ Quotes and schedules installation work; validates orders, dates, and delivery schedules.

+ Coordinates equipment and truck schedules for crew; communicates logistics at customers' site.

+ Coordinates staff needed to execute projects; reviews job folders with Lead Installers.

+ Visits job sites during each phase of project (quote, pre-install, install, and post install) assessing project needs, space / location and results.

+ Monitors project changes and executes scope change fees as necessary.

+ Leads post install walk through; processes and schedules post install punch list.

+ Manages and maintains project data in system; enters product and/or service orders; collects and reports actual project hours and cost in system; close delivery and or/service tickets.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Logistics or Construction Management with a minimum of 3 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; project management certification preferred; experience in project management and logistics coordination; experience leading projects through a variety of teams is preferred; experience reading and working with blue prints and design renderings.

+ Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the job site during and after the installation.
