Job Summary: Maintains product levels and quality control in grocery department. Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards and all regulatory food safety practices. Responsibilities • Operate and inspect front end loaders • Supply the refinery with Raw Sugar as needed • Operate, clean and inspect the slingers • Collection of Raw Sugar samples and correctly allocating the sugar • Cleaning and operating of sugar transfer systems • Washing and greasing front end loaders • Following all LSR safety, sanitation, and housekeeping requirements in and around the Raw Sugar Warehouse • Trouble shooting issues in the area and getting them addressed timely Skills and Abilities • Prioritizes work to be completed • Learning multiple skills (skill blocks) and rotating through those blocks to maintain proficiency • Organize and express information in a systematic and logical way • Understand and carryout written and oral instructions and procedures • Work shifts of 12 hours and overtime as required with reliable attendance • Apply logical thinking to solve routine and non-routine problems • Adapt to changes in technology, policies, procedures, and social systems • Strong teamwork behaviors • Ability to maximize warehouse inventory with available tools and resources • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions • Implement motor vehicle safety in and around the warehouse Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • 2 years of related experience in various loader types • Basic knowledge of sugar inventory control • Effective oral and written communications and collaborative teamwork • Good interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork • Demonstrate Strong Team Work Behaviors • Organize and express information in a systematic and logical way • Accept personal responsibility for one's actions • Apply logical thinking to solve routine and non-routine problems View all jobs at this company
