Job Description CURRENT JOB: The pay is $25 with mileage TBD at scheduling, based on Distance. Time on site 20-40 min. PHG Needs reps to visit the Journey stores to swap out a power adapter in 1 or 2 displays. Adapters are under bottom shelf and shelf lifts up to change out. Sometimes the front of the display needs to swing out after being unhooked from side hinges as adapter sits behind display. Full instruction will be provided for both scenarios. Reporting with specific photos required. Adapters will be shipped to you and need to be completed within 1 week of receipt of materials. Promotes customer service and sales building practices. ****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**** * Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves. * Operates pallet jack to unload product from warehouse trucks and reloads trucks with return items (partners 18yrs.+). * Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly if unsold. * Inspects product for quality and maintains quality control and food safety standards. * Collects empty cardboard boxes and other trash and places into bailer (partners 18yrs.+). * Assists fellow partners and customers by responding to price check questions and exchanging and/or locating product. * Promotes product sales through use of suggestive selling initiatives. * Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints. * Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
