Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff. Help patients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids. Assist with feeding patients who require help, ensuring dietary restrictions are respected. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, including tidying up rooms and changing linens. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Assist nurses with basic medical procedures and support with medical equipment. Follow patient care plans as directed by nursing staff, ensuring all care is provided with respect and dignity.
